If for ANY REASON you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of delivery, you may return it for exchange or a full refund (Your Choice)- minus shipping.  Our policy is to make your return as easy as possible with as few hoops as we can.  Of course if we send you the wrong item that is our error we will cover the return shipping as well.

• Products must be in original package and re-saleable condition.

• This applies to all products with the exception of special orders such as Custom badges. You may only return a custom badge if it is not correct per your original order. Email before shipping to receive an RA number.

• Please email returns@shootingsportsworld.com to receive an RA number prior to shipping to insure you proper credit.

• After 14 days, non-special order items may be returned with approval and will be accessed a 25% restocking fee. Please email returns@shootingsportsworld.com  for an RA number.

• Warranty Issues: First 14 days please contact us directly, After 14 day return date please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. Of course please contact us should you need assistance with contact information.

• Return policy excludes firearms and ammunition.

Shipping Policy:

Our warehouse is open on business days of Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders are only processed on business days. We make every attempt to ship the same day the order is placed, however we can not always guarantee. If you must have a product on the next day please call 1st to verify it is in stock and that shipments have not been picked up.

• We generally ship all orders via UPS, however we reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods in order to expedite shipments.

We up date the "inventory in stock" in our All Products category every 24 hours. Once you have found an item - to determine if in stock within the last 24 hours you can type in the Part Number in the "All Products" Category. This is a very large category so the download could take a while on dialup. Or you are welcome to call us Monday thru Friday 10am to 5pm.
